Fair Grove R-10 Kindergarten Screening
Wednesday, April 10 & Thursday, April 11
8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
(Students must be 5 years old before August 1, 2024 and live in the Fair Grove School District.)
Please pre-register for enrollment at:
The following items are necessary to complete the enrollment process:
1. Proof of residency (copy of mortgage document, lease/rental agreement or current utility bill)
2. Proof of guardianship/custody papers (if applicable)
3. Immunization Record
4. Birth Certificate
5. Completed enrollment before August
If you plan for your child to attend our Pre-K program for the 2024 school year, but HAVE NOT signed up on our Pre-K waiting list, please fill out the form in this link.
