The Fair Grove R-X school district is pleased to announce Randie Roepke as the new principal of Fair Grove High School. Mr. Roepke's growth mindset and strong commitment to excellence make him an excellent choice to lead FGHS in its mission of putting students first.
Mr. Roepke joined the district in 2015, teaching social studies for eight years and coaching football and middle school basketball. He began his administrative career as an assistant principal at Fordland High School before returning to Fair Grove as the middle school assistant principal last year. His dedication to continuous improvement and servant leadership will guide FGHS toward continued success.
“Fair Grove High School has a long-standing tradition of striving for excellence in all areas”, said Roepke. “I am humbled and excited to join forces with an amazing team at FGHS who always prioritize our students. I’m eager to work with the staff of FGHS to enhance the educational experience our students receive while maintaining the core beliefs that have allowed FGHS to positively impact countless students over the years.”
Mr. Roepke and his family proudly call Fair Grove home. His wife, Morgan, serves as the process coordinator and their four children attend Fair Grove schools. They share a joint commitment to the district’s success.
