Fair Grove Elementary is proud to announce that Mr. Ryan Buffington will be stepping into the role of head principal. A familiar face in the district, Mr. Buffington has served as Elementary Assistant Principal for the past three years. He has worn many hats, serving as an elementary and high school physical education teacher and strength and conditioning coach. His coaching experience includes middle and high school track and high school football, showing his commitment to mentorship and student growth.
Mr. Buffington holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Missouri Southern State University and a Master of Arts in School Administration from Lindenwood University. As he transitions into his new role, he expresses gratitude for the guidance of Dr. Charity Hollan and a strong commitment to carrying forward her legacy of leadership. "It is a privilege to follow in the footsteps of Dr. Hollan, who has been an exceptional mentor," Buffington shared. "I will work diligently to honor her contributions and make her proud."
