Returning Student Online Registration Now Open for 20-21 School Year

Dear Parent/Guardian:

ONLINE REGISTRATION for the 20-21 SCHOOL YEAR IS NOW OPEN FOR ALL RETURNING STUDENTS.

This year you will again be registering your student(s) online directly through Lumen. 

You received an email today from the school with your Parent Portal login information in case you need it.   The teacher name, grade and school building information on this login information form is your student’s 2019-2020 information… the 2020-2021 info will be online.  If your password says “encoded” then you have changed it and we do not have a record of that password.  If you do not remember that encoded password you must email bernetl@fgsmail.org  to have it reset. 

Due to Lumen formatting, your online registration is more easily done on a computer instead of a phone.

Building Specific Registration Information: 

Elementary: 

  • Pre-K Registration has already taken place - we will contact parents if more information is needed.

  • All parents and students are encouraged to attend Meet the Teacher Night Monday, August 24th from 5-7pm.

  • If you need assistance with school supplies for your children please complete the School Supplies Needs Request Google Form and return it to the building secretary, Tiffany Willis.

  • Home class designations are listed on your Lumen "View Student Summary" -- and by changing the "School Year" at the top to 2020-2021.

Middle School:

  • All MS students are encouraged to come in on Thursday, August 6th, from 4pm-7pm to pick up their Chromebooks.  All previous school year balances should be paid at this time. Any remaining unpaid balance will be carried forward to the 2020-2021 school year.  

  • All 5th gr. parents and students are encouraged to attend the 5th grade Orientation on Monday, August 24th, at 5pm.  At this time our 5th grade students will receive their schedule and meet their teachers. Parents, we still ask that you register your child online on or before Thursday, August 6th.

  • If you need assistance with school supplies for your children please complete the School Supplies Needs Request Google Form and return it to the building secretary, Jill Dieke.

High School: 

  • All HS students are encouraged to come in on Thursday, August 6th, from 4pm-7pm to pick up their Chromebooks.  All previous school year balances should be paid at this time as well as submitting any textbooks from the previous school year. Any remaining unpaid balance will be carried forward to the 2020-2021 school year.  

  • All class fees, parking passes and other outstanding balances will be paid directly to the High School Office during chromebook pick up on the evening of August 6th.  All balances must be paid before students will be issued a chromebook.   Please contact Rhonda Daniels at x400 or danielsr@fgsmail.org with questions.

  • If you need assistance with school supplies for your children please complete the School Supplies Needs Request Google Form and return it to the building secretary, Rhona Daniels..

Any outstanding student balances must be paid in full prior to the 1st day of school.  Please contact your building principal’s secretary if you have questions about if your student has an outstanding balances.

REMINDER:  Kindergarten-12th Grade Summer School will be June 15th - July 9th. Please register for Summer School now by clicking here.
