ACCEPTING NOMINATIONS FOR THE 2018 FG SCHOOL MASTER TEACHER AWARDS Please utilize this online nomination form to submit your nomination for the 2018 Master Teachers of the Year. One faculty member per building will be awarded the Master Teacher honor and receive a $100 award (for a total of three awards). Deadline: Nominations must be submitted by May 4th, 2018. Purpose: The purpose of the Fair Grove Master Teacher Awards, sponsored by Bank of Bolivar, is to recognize and reward outstanding teachers at Fair Grove R-X School District. These are teachers who go above and beyond usual efforts. Eligibility: Any teacher who currently teaches at Fair Grove. Guidelines: Community, Faculty & Staff of Fair Grove School R-X School District are eligible to nominate a teacher from any building. The nominations will be separated by building and reviewed and voted on by a committee. One faculty member per building will be awarded the Master Teacher honor and receive a $100 award sponsored by Bank of Bolivar. These awards will be announced and awarded at the faculty & staff end of year celebration on May 16th and a notification will be shared online about the recipients. Online Nomination Form
