Fair Grove R-10 Kindergarten Screening
Tuesday, March 23 & Thursday, March 25 - 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
(Student must be 5 years old before August 1, 2021 and live in the Fair Grove School District)
Please pre-register for enrollment at www.fairgroveschools.net/o/fges.
Once pre-registered, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment.
Parents of New Kindergarten Students:
The following items are necessary to complete the enrollment process:
1. Proof of residency (copy of mortgage document, lease/rental agreement or current utility bill)
2. Proof of guardianship/custody papers (if applicable)
3. Immunization Record
4. Birth Certificate
