Parents of New Kindergarten Students:
The following items are necessary to complete the enrollment process:
Proof of residency (copy of mortgage document, lease/rental agreement or current utility bill)
Proof of guardianship/custody papers (if applicable)
Immunization Record
Birth Certificate
